The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Office of Operations Research and Resource Analysis (DORRA) is the primary analytical services provider for Headquarters DLA. DORRA was formed in October 1997 with the merger of two complementary analytical organizations: The DLA Operations Research Office (DORO) and the DLA Office of Process and Resource Analysis (DPRA). DORRAs skill in combining talented employees, experience, contractors, computers, software and data into quality analytical products has become our trademark. Today DORRA is a field operating activity that performs timely research and analysis to enable our customers to objectively formulate policies and decisions. DORRA also maintains the DLA Integrated Data Bank (DIDB), which includes the Oracle online data warehouse known as the DORRADW.
