HTIS provides technical assistance in the areas of Environment, Occupational Safety & Health, Packaging, Storage-Handling, Transportation, Pollution Prevention and Logistics related to hazardous materials.

HTIS is a service of the Defense Logistics Agency and is located at Defense Supply Center Richmond (DSCR), Richmond, Virginia.  Our staff of technical specialists are here to help you with your hazardous material questions.
